Horizontal Winding Machine

Formertron manufactures Conventional and Semi-Automatic Winding Machines ranging from 1 Ton to 25 Ton Capacity with a proven and robust design. 

These machines are suitable for winding of coils for distribution and ultra high voltage power transformers ranging from 5 MVA to 750 MVA. Semi Automatic machines are provided with a SCADA software and can be programmed to stop the machine at the desired turn. 

Customized machines can be manufactured on request.
