De-Reeler / De-Coiler

Formertron manufactures De-Coiler Systems for unwinding of copper conductors used in the transformer industry. It is also known as a De-Reeler System.

De-coiler system for both horizontal and vertical winding machines can be manufactured.

The systems comprise of:

• Stands to hold multiple bobbins.
• Locking of each central shaft with the bobbin.
• Braking system.

Formertron can manufacture De-Coiler Systems up to 10 Ton Braking Capacity.

Customized machines can be designed on request.
