Conductor Bending Tool

Formertron manufactures the following Bending Tools that are required in the Transformer Industry.

• S-Bending Tool
• 90 Degree Bending Tool

The Hydraulic “S” Bending tool is specifically designed for offset bending of copper conductor.

While winding the Transformer Coil it is designed for the diverse cross section to achieve the desired bend on the conductor.

The 90 Degree Bending Tool is specifically designed for L / 90 Degree Bending of copper conductors. 

Both tools can be provided on a spring balanced fabricated structure near the winding machine to ensure ease of use for the operator.
