CCA Workstation

Core & Coil Assembly Station or Assembly Platform is used for the assembly of transformer active parts.

There are two laterally and vertically movable independent platforms facing each other. Cross movement of both platforms is through independent autonomous motors with a rack and pinion arrangement mounted on the end carriages. Vertical movement is through a lead screw and is provided with linear motion guides. Both the platforms are connected with a telescopic bridge for easy man movement.
