Foil Winding Machine

Foil Winding Machines consist of a headstock & tailstock, foil feeder & cutter, interfoil insulation unit, paper rollers, decoiler units, and associated controls. A TIG Welding unit can be integrated as an optional accessory to the machine. Machine controls are PLC based and machine functions are controlled through the HMI screen provided with the machine.

Machine construction is robust and made of fabricated & machined heavy steel construction ensuring long life of the equipment, with low maintenance & high reliability. The machine can be designed & manufactured with a number of options as required by the customer. Custom-built machines can also be designed on request.
